Delete your WideRig account

WideRig — oversize / overweight trucking app by [PLACEHOLDER: company legal name]

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

1. Open WideRig and go to the Profile tab.
2. In the Privacy section, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete permanently.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — by email

If you no longer have the app, email [PLACEHOLDER: [email protected]] from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email, password hash);
• all your trips, routes and statuses;
• uploaded permits and rate confirmations and the data read from them;
• your location data and your Telegram link;
• your app event and error logs.

What may be kept

Residual copies in backups (if any) are removed within 30 days. We keep information only where the law requires us to.
