Heavy hauls, handled.
Upload your permit — WideRig reads it and builds the permitted route for your truck, with every restriction in plain sight.
Everything a permit load needs, in one app.
OS/OW loads live and die by the permit. One wrong turn onto a restricted road or under a low bridge means fines, delays, or a load that can't move. WideRig keeps the permit's route and rules in front of the driver the whole way.
Permit-accurate routing
The route follows the permit's own turn-by-turn directions and mileage — not the fastest car route — on a truck profile that respects height, width and weight.
Reads permits & rate cons
Drop in a PDF — or forward it to our Telegram bot. WideRig pulls out the route, dimensions, weight and every restriction automatically.
Driver memo
Travel-time limits, escorts, bridge rules, curfews — the permit's conditions as a short list the driver can check without opening the file.
AI assistant
Ask about the route, the permit or a fuel stop in plain language. The assistant knows your current trip.
Live trip tracking
During an active trip the dispatcher sees where the load is, and trip statuses update automatically as the truck reaches pickup and delivery.
Owner dashboard
A web console for fleet owners: every driver, every active load and every route on one live map.
From permit to delivered in three steps.
Upload the permit
Pick the PDF in the app, share it from email, or forward it to the WideRig Telegram bot. Add permits for each state on the load.
Get the permitted route
WideRig builds the route along the permit's roads and checks it against the permit's mileage, plus a memo of all restrictions.
Drive and deliver
Follow the route on the map. Statuses and the load's position reach your dispatcher automatically along the way.
Built for the driver. Useful for the whole fleet.

Questions drivers ask.
Which permits does WideRig read?
Texas TxDMV permits and permits with a turn-by-turn "Driving Directions" table (for example Oklahoma OKDOTD) are read exactly. Other states' permits are read with AI; always check the route against your permit.
Does the route replace my permit?
No. The permit is the legal document — WideRig helps you follow it. Always obey the permit, road signs, and traffic laws. See our Terms of Service.
Why does the app need my location in the background?
During an active trip it guides you along the route, updates trip statuses and shows the load's position to your dispatcher — even with the screen off. It only runs during an active trip, shows a "Trip active" notification, and we never sell location data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Who can see my location?
You and your company (dispatcher / fleet owner). Nobody else, and never advertisers.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Or follow the steps on the account deletion page.
